Registration for network members
The GAP 2018 conference is free for all members of the MD Anderson Sister Institution Network, including Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) partners. This is a hallmark of the annual GAP conferences and instead MD Anderson and its 35 Sister Institutions globally contribute time and resources with supporting speakers, chairs and delegates traveling to the meetings.
As no registration fee will be charged of local delegates from Karolinska Institutet and Karolinska University Hospital (network member), we however need a binding registration and will charge 800 SEK for no shows or late cancellations. Should you want to send a replacement please contact GAP2018@akademikonferens.se
Registration for non-network members
We warmly welcome participants also outside the MD Anderson Sister Institution network to participate in the GAP 2018 conference.
A small registration fee of 1200 SEK will be charged for non-network members. The remaining costs will be covered by the organizer (StratCan – The Strategic Programme in Cancer at Karolinska Institutet) and our sponsors.

Registration for sponsors
Non-academic industry representatives are welcome from sponsoring companies only. Depending on sponsoring level the number of included delegates varies between 1 (bronze) – 6 (platinum), please also see Sponsor opportunities.
We kindly ask that inquiries regarding additional delegates are directed to GAP2018@akademikonferens.se.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation for non-network members
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to GAP2018@akademikonferens.se. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until April 15, 2018, up to which date the total amount will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of SEK 750.
We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after April 15, 2018, nor for no-shows (i.e. if you do not attend) for any reasons.
Cancellation for network members
Free cancellation of registration will be accepted until April 15, 2018.
Cancellations made after April 15, 2018 and no-shows for any reason will be charged a fee of 800 SEK excl. VAT.
Change of name
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Please contact GAP2018@akademikonferens.se to do so.
