REGISTRATION

Due to a high number of registrations the conference is now fully booked. Please register at the waiting list and we will contact you if/when an open seat is available.

Registration fees

Confirmation

A confirmation will be sent by e-mail after you have finalized your registration. If you have not received your confirmation within a week, please contact GAP2018@akademikonferens.se.

Payment

Payment must be made in advance of the conference.

Swedish delegates

  • Swedish delegates can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice.
  • If you choose to pay by invoice an administrative fee of SEK 100 will be added.
  • You will receive your invoice by regular mail. 25% VAT will be added to the registration fee.

Delegates from outside Sweden

  • According to Swedish legislation, 25% VAT will be added for delegates from outside Sweden. However, delegates from EU countries can be exempted from VAT by choosing the payment option “International bank transfer with registered VAT no. in EU countries” and then fill out their organization’s VAT number in the registration form.
  • If you choose to pay by invoice an administrative fee of SEK 100 will be added.
  • All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona)
  • Payment should be made by credit card or by bank transfer.
  • Upon choice of payment method ”Invoice” on the registration form, you will receive an invoice including bank transfer information such as bank account, IBAN, etc. Confirmation letter and invoice will be sent by e-mail.
  • Please note that we accept the following credit cards: VISA and Master Card. We will not accept any bank charge deductions.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation for non-network members
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to GAP2018@akademikonferens.se. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until April 15, 2018, up to which date the total amount will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of SEK 750.
We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after April 15, 2018, nor for no-shows (i.e. if you do not attend) for any reasons.

Cancellation for network members
Free cancellation of registration will be accepted until April 15, 2018.
Cancellations made after April 15, 2018 and no-shows for any reason will be charged a fee of 800 SEK excl. VAT.

Change of name
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Please contact GAP2018@akademikonferens.se to do so.
